Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Many of our products ship directly from our overseas supply partners. Please read the delivery estimates below before ordering.

Standard shipping, United States and Canada: 10 to 20 business days after processing. Some items ship domestically and arrive in 3 to 7 business days. The product page shows the estimate for that item.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier delays, and peak seasons can add time.

Orders containing several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and you will not be charged extra.

Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer.

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, email support@cinderarc.com and we will replace it or refund it in full.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
